All products will be shipped ASAP. We do travel to dog shows, so, if you order while we are out of town, your order will be processed as soon as we return.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
No returns for cash or credit. Exchanges for a different size unit may be made within a 30 day period from the date of purchase. Exchanges must be made by the original buyer, with the original sales slip. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. If you are trading for a more expensive unit, the difference must be paid in cash, no checks or credit cards. If you are trading for a less expensive unit, Wagonwalker will not refund the difference, as we must re-build or re-outfit exchanges at our expense. The wheels must be free of damage and clean. We will exchange for in-stock items only. Your return cannot be used as a down payment on a custom order; custom orders are handled completely different.

How is "Doug's Wagonwalker different from any other carts:
Wagonwalker carts are a "push or pull" cart with a solidly constructed handle that folds down into the cart. You will always have full control of your cart at all times.
It has a "lip" around the floor of the cart so that your kennel/crates and other equipment will not slip off when it is in motion.
There are tie downs so you can tie down your load from front-to-back and side-to-side.
Our carts are equipped with wheel stops for loading/unloading on a hill.
The tires are polyurethane filled and will never go flat. They are large wheels and will easily glide over grass, sand, pea gravel, and like surfaces.
It has an umbrella holder that will hold a large 7' beach umbrella. It will help keep you and your pet out of the rain and/or sun.
We use quality materials including sealed bearings so there will be little or no maintenance.
